Vega testing and bioresonance: what it is and is not

The question we get most is whether this is serious. The answer deserves to be direct, including the part that does not flatter us.

The method  ·  4 min read  ·  Updated 2026-10-06

We are writing this directly, because the alternative is to sound like everyone else and help nobody decide.

How it works

The Vega test and related electrodermal methods measure the electrical resistance of the skin at specific points. In short, a weak current passes through a circuit that includes you, and the device records how resistance changes when a sample of a substance is introduced into that circuit.

NLS devices work on a different principle, but the idea is similar. Signals are recorded and software compares them against a database of profiles.

What it is not

  • It is not medical diagnostics. The method is not recognised as diagnostic and does not feature in standards for making a diagnosis.
  • It does not replace blood work, imaging or examination. If you have a complaint that needs a doctor, it still needs a doctor.
  • It cannot rule out disease. A normal result with us does not mean you are well. That is the most dangerous possible misunderstanding, which is why we say it first.
  • It is not reproducible the way a lab test is. The result depends on the operator, on skin hydration, on probe pressure and on the day.

What it does do

It gives a structured starting point. If you have five complaints and no idea where to begin, the method narrows the list and gives an order to the trials. That is not nothing, when the alternative is cutting out foods at random for months.

The second benefit is the conversation itself. Fifteen minutes of an ordered review of what you eat, when, how you sleep, what you have tried and what tests you already have often yields more than the measurement. We say so honestly, because it is true.

The third is practical. The result is specific and written down. You leave with a sheet saying what to try first and how to track whether it works. That is more useful than general advice.

What a session with us looks like

  1. Conversation, about fifteen minutes. What brings you in, how long it has been going on, what you have tried, what tests you have.
  2. The measurement, about forty minutes. You sit with the sensors. No needles, no radiation, no medication.
  3. Reading it on the spot. We go through the result together and say what we see and what this method cannot tell you.
  4. A written plan. What to change in your food, what to try removing, and which supplements make sense, if any do.
  5. A follow-up after about a month. So we can see whether anything changed rather than assume it.

When it makes sense and when it does not

It makes sense if

It does not make sense if

Why we offer it, given all that

Because for people with unclear complaints and normal test results, usually nothing happens at all. They are told everything is fine and they leave with the problem. A structured conversation, a direction to try and a written plan often change something when nothing else has for months.

We think that is worth having, as long as it is clear what it is. That is why the price is on the site, why what we do not do is written down, and why this article reads the way it does.

Price and where

The centre is in Pavlikeni, Bulgaria, at 37 Stefan Karadzha Street. An NLS assessment on its own is 30 euro. A full session with NLS and EAV, a Vega test where needed and a written plan is 40 euro. A follow-up assessment for returning clients is 25 euro. The first session takes about an hour.

NLS, Vega and EAV are wellness methods for orientation, not medical diagnostics. This article is educational and is not medical advice. It does not replace examination, testing or consultation with a doctor. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment without your doctor.
